Staying Motivated

It is easy to stay motivated when you see immediate results, but what happens when the results slow down? This is where your WHY kicks in! Why are you working so hard to be healthier? Why are you training for the body you always wanted? Are you trying to fit in an old pair of jeans or trying to get through a break up?

Regardless of what the reason is it is important that you keep it in the forefront of your mind. Write it down DAILY if you have too!!!  Find a group of individuals that share similar goals so that you can motivate each other. If you do not have anyone that is on your same wave length that is why I am here! I am here to MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE.

The Challenge

Why 30 days? It takes a minimum of 21 days to form a habit in any area of your life! 30 days is just for good measure. We are committed to changing the way you view food, the way you view working out, and most importantly the way you view yourself! You are a goddess! It is time you start acting like it.
